Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in design or workmanship

• Issues with metal components, joints, or settings due to production flaws

• Problems occurring without any customer-induced damage

🚫 What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations

• Normal wear and tear

• Tarnishing of silver or gold over time due to exposure to chemicals or water

• Missing stones, broken chains, or damaged parts due to mishandling

• Loss or theft of jewelry

• Jewelry returned with parts missing, including stones, metal components, or any part of the piece

For the warranty to be valid, the product must be complete and in original condition.

📝 How to Claim the Warranty

To raise a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@swarishjewels.in with:

   • Your order number

   • Clear photos of the issue

   • A brief description of the problem

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

3. Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping address to send the product to.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for the shipping charges involved in sending the item for warranty assessment.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service when sending the product to us.

🔧 Repair or Replacement

Upon receiving the product, our team will assess the issue. If it falls under the warranty, we will either:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace it with the same or a similar design (depending on availability)

Repairs or replacements under warranty are provided free of cost, apart from the shipping fees incurred by the customer.
